With a cuisine with pre-Hispanic roots, the gastronomy of Oaxaca is as delicious as it is diverse, offering us a wide range of dishes including tlayudas, tasajo, enfrijoladas, entomatadas or chapulines. And we cannot forget the delicious drinks, such as fresh water or mezcal.
